Why Albright?

Introduction

Whether you're looking for a more comfortable social environment, greater academic challenge or a place to build on your associate's degree, Albright is an excellent place to continue your education.

"My previous university was too large and impersonal, and the academics were not as strong as I thought they should be. Albright has a very prestigious reputation. I'm impressed by the close professor-student interaction - the way professors put so much enthusiasm into their teaching - and by the friendly atmosphere and excellent living arrangements."

Biochemistry major

The College welcomes the fresh perspectives and diverse experiences that transfer students bring to the Albright community. All programs and services are available to new transfer students and freshmen on an equal basis - majors, courses, financial aid, scholarships, housing, career services - everything.

As a result, transfer students quickly become integral parts of the campus family. They are involved with all aspects of campus life, from exciting co-curricular programs and activities, to stimulating internships and research opportunities.

However, the College is affordable because of the generous financial aid available to transfer students with need, plus scholarships to those transfer students with records of strong achievement. More

"Albright thoroughly prepares its students for their future, from postgraduate employment to the best graduate schools. Not only do you get to know all of your professors, but you also become acquainted with most of your fellow students. These types of relationships were difficult, at best, at a large university."
