Welcome to Albright College Financial Aid!
Our 100% Investment in Your Future

Beginning with the College’s Class of 2017 (students entering in 2013) Albright will join the small group of selective schools that seek to meet 100% of institutionally determined financial need. We are proud to announce that this effort will continue for those students enrolling in 2014! For over 150 years Albright has worked to remain an affordable choice for exceptional students seeking a rigorous, interdisciplinary, private, liberal arts education.   We believe the College’s decision to support 100% of financial need will empower families to choose Albright based on academic and extracurricular opportunities.

The College’s priority financial aid deadline for the 2014-2015 academic year is March 1, 2014.  If your financial aid application is complete by March 1, 2014, your family can be assured that your admission will be supported by a financial aid award meeting 100% of your institutionally determined need.

For those of you considering an early Albright admission application (pre-January 2014), please consider completing the College Board’s 2014-2015 CSS Profile.    The CSS Profile is an optional application for families interested in an early analysis of aid eligibility. Please note that there is a $25 fee associated with filing the Profile.

After the first of January, 2014, all students, new and returning, should complete the 2014-2015 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  The FAFSA is your inroad to all sources of need-based financial aid including federal grants, state grants, federal loans, federal work study and Albright College need-based financial aid.   For Pennsylvania residents the FAFSA is especially important.  To be considered for the PHEAA State Grant Program your FAFSA must be processed with PHEAA by May 1, 2014.

I certainly hope that you find this site helpful and informative.  You should feel free to call on the aid staff at Albright at any time for comfort, support and guidance.  We are now, and will remain, at your service.
