If you are a student of African-American, Asian,
Latino, Native American or Pacific Islander heritage
who wants to attend an exceptional liberal arts college, you should consider Albright College.
Albright appreciates the benefits that an ethnically
diverse student body brings to a college community.
To recognize and foster diversity, the College
established the Joseph E. Coleman Scholar Awards
in 1986. These awards are named for Albright’s first
graduate of color, Joseph E. Coleman, class of 1946,
who went on to become a distinguished scientist,
lawyer, author and politician.
If you demonstrate academic excellence, leadership and a
commitment to community service, we encourage you to
take a closer look at Albright College and the Coleman
Scholar Award.
The Coleman Scholar Awards range in value
from $12,000-$20,000 for four years
of study at Albright College ($3,000-$5,000 per year).
