SAT-UR-DAY
HEYYYYY EVERYONE!!!
hope your weeks have all been going great-i know this week FLEW BY for me-thank goodness!! I remember saying on Monday, "Is it Friday yet?" And luckily...well, Friday's passed, and it's now Saturday! lol. this week has been great-a lot of work and tons of meetings, naturally, but some totally chill nights in there as well. Of course, my week wouldn't be complete without the usual trips to Walmart, TacoBell (not for me, I despise mexican food), and the occassional random road trip. Last night was a lot of fun-I went to see the play "waiting for Gadot"-in which, the actors did a tremendous job. Unfortunately, my nonintellectual mind had a difficult time keeping up with the idea of the play, and I became lost in the humor. But it was still fun-I got experience credit for it and got to hang out with some great friends during and afterwards...
mmm oh yes, hanging out. So last night some good friends and I played "whoonu"-our newest favorite "get to know eachother" game. It was a ton of fun-I think we played for WELL over an hour-always inviting different people in to join the fun. We even had our RA playing for awhile! :)
Saturay, Saturday. Well, it started off a bit gloomy, but it's definitally cleared up! I did the usual, lunch with some friends, a swim workout, and working on homework most of the day. I've got a TON of projects/papers/tests approaching this week, so I'm really trying to get a handle on what's going on. I worked for HOURS today on my education lesson-I have to acually TEACH a lesson this Tuesday...so, I want to really make sure I'm prepared. Other than that, I'm naturally putting off some homework, and my bffff Nadine and I are planning on going to the mall tonight and being TOTALLY goofy with our wardrobe choices. That should be fun-hopefully the night will end in icecream. I love that stuff. lol.
Other than that, I'm totally SYKED that tomorrow is Sunday-that means CHURCH!! lol. I cant wait to worship at the Bridge tomorrow-we've even got a few extra friends going!! :) My mommy's also coming down for the first time this year too-she'll get to finally see my room and all my friends and take me SHOPPING and go out to eat-I'm pumped. lol. :)

AMAZING WEEKEND!
hey everyone!! see, im keeping my promise-im trying to write weekly!! soo..this week went by reallllllly well-i just LOVE my classes this semester. i know, its totally nerdy-i wake up, and im like YES! TODAY IS MONDAY! IM GOING TO PSYCHOLOGY! and then, i do it all over again for my tuesday/thursday classes. it was so funny, this week in our eduation math class, we had to act like five year olds (we were presenting lessons for Kindergarten kids)-oh man, were we role playing like crazy! it was so fantastic. oh..lol, and then to top it off-i got to watch a movie about animal sex in my "sex, gender, culture" class. oh yes, life is great..
lets see..what else? oh, this weekend we had another AMAZING ACF on wednesday night, aaaannd...on friday afternoon i interviewed for a position on the "event staff" for AC2, which is the activities council here at albright. im so excited-i think i might have gotten the position, and the first even i get to work is "recylced percussion", which is a TOTALLY awesome performance where these guys play AMAZING music on trashcans and everything. its so cool, now i get to be "behind the scenes" on all the action!
oh, last night was just WONDERFUL. i had an AWESOME night. after i went to go set up for a "campus step-up party," one of my best friends here treated me to icecream at COLDSTONE, i LOVE that place (i even have extras!!!). lol, oh man-you should SEE me in coldstone, im like a three year old!! anyway, after that, we came back and a bunch of my MOHNERS played a new game that my roomate got for her birthday-its called "whoonu"-oh it was a BLAST. aaand..after that fun, i went up to my friend's apartment where a bunch of us had a "coffee house" and we sat around and listened to music and sang songs and just had an AWESOME time. it was a fantastic night that didnt end until around 230!! :) and then i got to sleep in this morning! FANTASTIC, RIGHT?
and tonight i get to go to EASTERN to see my boyfriend and his friends! its gonna be a great night-an awesome weekend! and tomorrow, the EAGLES game is on, and the BRIDGE!! ahh i cant wait!! :) :)

friday, friday, friday.
ahh yes, finally friday.
i love the sound of that day.
so, today i treated myself with a DELICIOUS smoothie from our newest JAKE'S JAVA. oh, it was so fabulous. im the biggest fan. strawberry-banana, kids. i was gonna be bold and even throw in a mango, but thanks to my INDECIVENESS, i couldnt pick out what i was going to wear this morning, and was racing against the class. unfortunately, adding the mango would, in my mind, have caused me to be late. needless to say, i made it to class on time. ive decided that at only 2.95 a cup, it will be my weekly treat for a week survived. :)

classes went great-i love psychology. oh, and we had a health and welness fair too-that was fun, i got a lot of free stuff. gotta love pens and clips and organizers and such. :)
mmm..otherwise, oh, i just got back from a diversity meeting from Maura Cullen-excellent speaker.
boy, am i looking forward to this weekend.
tonight im hanging out with a bunch of my friends from new orleans-it should definitally be a fabulous time. tomorrow i have to work admissions during the day, but at night is our first FOOTBALL game-and its at NIGHT!!! yess. and on sunday, of course i have church and the EAGLES game and then "the bridge"-another church group-at night.
should be a fun, busy weekend.
cant wait for it to begin.

AHHHHHHH...FINALLY SETTLED AND REARING TO GO!
OKAY, OKAY, OKAY...I AM SOOOO SORRY!! I HAVE DONE A TERRIBLE JOB KEEPING THIS THING UPDATED! MY FAULT ENTIRELY, I ADMIT IT. but hey, its sophomore year, we're finally into our second week, classes are rolling, clubs are started up, my room is FINALLY set up, and I am here to BLOG. i cant promise you how much I'll write-BUT i will promise you that I'll be on frequently, so no more BLANKS like this summer.
lol, like now..this is a TO BE CONTINUED entry. because...it's 1045, i am TOTALLY wiped-i need to call my boyfriend-aaand possibly still type up some notes? and i need to read a little more of the word, I GOTTA get that in. :-D Love you all-so excited to be back. :)
haha..okay, im back. sorry, had to hang out with one of my best friends kevin for awhile. things like that are top notch here at albright. so, yes, speak of college-its now 1am and im eating popcorn blogging to you folks. what could be more college like than that?
so, sophomore year. totally excited. definitally living with my same roommate, same hall, room, everything. oh, we lofted our beds this year. AMAZING IDEA. totally worth the money. we love it. it looks FABULOUS. seriously, my roommate and i should become interior decorators or something. our room, again, is #1 at albright.
friends are back, everyone is great. everything is like old times. wow, this popcorn is AMAZING. im definitally like shoving it down my throat. anyway, yes. the social life is outstanding. ive got a whole new chance to hang out with people and get to know everyone-im so looking forward to it.
WELCOME TO THE FRESHMEN! i love you guys. this year i was a POP, what we call a "peer orientation person" for the orientation this year. it was FABULOUS. the most fun EVER. ughh, but TOTALLY exhausting. i think we might have scared/annoyed/DEFINITALLY tired out some of our freshies, BUUUT in the end, i know that they love us-and they will never forge the famous TEAPOTS, RIDE THE PONIES,. FROGGIES, JIGGALOS or any of the crazy things we did.
in terms of classes and extracirriculars, you WOULDNT be surprised to know that i havent slowed down one bit. well, actually, i DID have to drop a class because i had 5 classes, 1 lab, AND was teaching freshman forum-plus with all the extra-cirriculars, it was way too much. but, now im fine-the schedule is great, and im so excited to start the year.
speaking of starting the year, acf has its first meeting wed and MAN AM I EXXCITED!! I CANT EVEN SPELL RIGHT! lol. excited** the Lord is going to do some amazing things on this campus this year-its incredible already to feel his spirit. :)
alright everyone, sorry to spoil the fun, but i really gotta run. i wanna work out tomorrow at 7..aaand, geting up today at 630..well, this girl needs SLEEP!
anyway, i hope to blog soon. really, i mean that.
