end of the year blues
man oh man. crunch week has passed. one final to go. my friends are leaving. rooms are bare. this is NOT COOL! i cannot believe that my freshman year of college is ALREADY COMPLETED!! this is TOTALLY crazy. today was fun..i had one final at 1pm, but after finishing up all my requirements to be an albright ambassador (tour guide), chris and greg (two of our great administrators in admissions) treated all the "albright bloggers" to lunch at chef allens..MAN WAS THIS FOOD GOOD! i got this incredible salad-ohh with apples and grapes and grilled chicken-WHOA..it was FANTASTIC!
buuut..other than that, i got back just in time for my french final-which was awesome-was finished in an hour..and then i met up with a friend and enjoyed the afternoon hanging out and cleaning out my room..little by little its coming down-im too depressed yet to take down all my pictures and posters on the wall! lol-buut my stepmom is coming tomorrow, so it has to get done SOMETIME...ive got one more final on friday, and then im staying here all weekend to cater for the seniors commencement! then im off to new orleans on MONDAY!! for a whole week..we're going down and volunteering and everything-it should be amazing..hopefully ill have pictures up or something..anyway, its about 314 in the morning, and i should PROBABLY be getting to bed or something..hope to keep in touch with this blog over the summer and dwhat not...only 2 more days of being a FRESHMAN! lol.

May...NO WAY!
OH MAN! okay, sooo..ITS MAY..of my freshman year in college...i cant believe this..time is going by SOOO FAST!!! we only have two weeks left of the semester, then finals, there are papers due left and right, professors are squeezing in their last tests and EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD is going on around campus!! THERE IS NO TIME FOR ANYTHING! lol, WELCOME to life at Albright...you said you wanted stuff to do on the weekends, right? Well..let me update you a bit on what's been going on around here...
hmm..let me see..i forget where i last left off..
alright, welll..we recently held our ACF elections for E-BOARD next year..and WOW am i excited about the crew! We've got a great group of people who are CRAZY about the Lord and really looking to do some great stuff for this campus next year..WHICH reminds me, for all you SENIORS who are DEFINITALLY coming next year-we'd LOVE to see your faces at acf..and for all you juniors./seniors who are looking into college, we want you to know that here at Albright, we've got a great group of students who are really passionate about the Lord and love to study and fellowship with other brothers and sisters in Christ..ohhh, and about ACF-this weekend was AWESOME-we went to this thing called SIGHTS AND SOUNDS in lancaster, pa..oh man, it was AMAZING. then i even got back in time to hear some of the concert-which sounded great!!
speaking of the concert..from what i heard from the student body..it was awesome! over 800 students were there!! during the day they had all these booths set up for free stuff and everything-it was a blas-my friend and i raced each other on this velcro-bungee thing-ohh, SO much fun! :) even though the next day our necks hurt a little..lol
hmm..saturday night was awesome too..a friend of mine from here met up with some people from eastern to go sleep in the streets in philly to raise awareness about children in uganda who are dying because of an ongoing war..the protest was awesome-over 1500 college students were there..we slept outside and everything..aaand, it was just a blast..
so, yes, an awesome weekend. and ohhh, the next few will be SOO busy as well. this weekend coming up our president is getting officially inagurated, so there are dinners and parties all weekend-TOTALLY FREE! thats what im talking about!! :) im acctually working the events, because im on the catering staff..yes, somehow i have to find a way to fit that in between my 10 page paper, 30 minute presentation, french test, french oral, and soc. final..OHH YIKES!!
alright everyone-id love to write more, but ive gotta run to work-ive got so much to do!! so sorry im busy and i havnet been able to blog much!! ill catch you all later..
