Spring Break in San Francisco!
Did you know that San Francisco is the only city IN THE WORLD to still operate cable cars.
So I'm here in San Francisco visiting my uncle. I haven't been here since I was really little. I LOVE IT! The weather's been ok...not exactly the greatest, but I've been busy. I've gone to see 3 shows already and we may be seeing one more! We went to see The 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee at the Post Theater, Our Lady of 121st Street at the San Francisco Theater, Teatro Zinzanni, and then maybe on Saturdayy The Rivals at the American Conservatory Theater. Yes it has been an amazing week at the theater! The shows have been great especially Teatro Zinzanni..what an experience! A five course meal and live entertainment! It's like a Cirque thing. There is singing and dancing and also acrobatics. It was awesome! The food was also OUT OF THIS WORLD!
March Madness has also been going on and Uconn had the best comeback EVER tonight! Yea all you doubters out there thought it was over for my huskies since they were down by like 8 with a minute to go...but oh no! After tying it and going into overtime it was JUST THE BEGINNING! Elite 8 here we come!!!!!!!!! Yes it was an awesome night!
alright well I'm going to get to bed since I have my last day in CA tomorrow. Going to be pretty sad that my spring break here is just about over. I could get used to this west coast thing quite easily. I can't wait till I'm 21 and I come out here because I want to go wine tasting. They have aisles just for wine in the grocery store...it's kind of a big deal out here haha

California here we come right back where we started from
Did you know that I really, really, really want UCONN to win the NCAA tournament.
Alright well it is March Madness ladies and gentlemen. MY FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR BY FAR. Before I get into this basketball stuff let me give you a quick update on the life and times of Kelly Cross.
Ok well last you heard I was going to the Billy Joel concert with my best friend, Matt. It was absolutely a WOW experience! 2 concerts in one year...pretty impressive considering I've never been to a concert until this year haha
Ya Billy Joel is amazing in concert and it was probably one of the best times EVER in this girls life.
Then last Thursday was my birthday! YAY! Had class and work all day, but my friends surprised me at night so they are amazing and made my birthday! Yay for being 20....definitely don't feel 20 that's for sure.
Then this past weekend was an Open House. Tours all day talking to perspectives=always a good time! Maybe YOU were there....anyway then on Sunday I went into Philly to the Arden Theater to see Opus. It was a fantastic play I realllly enjoyed it.
And then this week is midterms and the week before Spring Break! We had a theater project Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Student playwrights had the opportunity to give a staged reading of their work and so I ran sound for that...whew let's talk about nerve-racking. I was definitely not made to do that and all I had to do was push buttons. I'm pathetic haha
I'm going to San Francisco for spring break to see my Uncle who I haven't seen in 5 years because of basketball. I am sooooo excited there really are no words to describe!
This brings us to the present....March Madness. I'm watching the games right now and I have a biology test tomorrow= not good at all.
ok well that is it for now. I'll have a lot to say after Spring Break. Alright stop reading this and turn on your t.v. it's GAME TIME PLAYAS!!!!
