So it's the end of the second week of my junior year. It's pretty crazy when I think about how I've already been a in college for two years! But It's pretty much been the same as the first two years...except seeing new faces and new things on campus. We have nine freshman who are now part of our basketball team. They are all really nice and fun girls so I'm really looking forward to our season and being with them all. We also had our gym floor re-done...it's so0o nice! Along with the floor being re-done, we have an entire new fitness center. It is amazing!!
So the basketball aspect of school is going great so far, but my class schedule is another thing. I'm taking four classes this semester which is fine, but I have three classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and each of them are an hour and twenty minutes. It's baaad! Sitting in those desks all day does not make my back and legs feel too good :( On the bright side...I only have one class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for fifty minutes. I guess i'll just have to get used to it? I also have two papers due each Tuesday and I have a lot of reading for all my classes....I kinda wish it was summer again and I just get to lay around all day!!
Well...I have to go get ready for a team run....then I'm going home for the weekend to see my younger brother's football game, go to the Phillies game with my mom, and to see my two week old nephew!! :) Talk to you all soon!

So i'm sitting at work, in my little cubical, for the second to the last dayy! I've been working as a temporary secretary for the company my brother works for. My last day is tomorrow and i'm verrry excited! I know a summer job is necessary to have to make money for the school year, but I just can't be doing this everyday for the rest of the summer....getting up at 6:45ammm, putting on uncomfortable clothes, and sitting doing nothing at my confined cubical for nine hours :(

So Summer time is herre! it's actually not that great because i go to work everyday :( that's okay though because when i get a paycheck i won't be frowning anymore! My brother got me a job with the company he works for as a temporary secretary. It's not so bad, except i get bored really easily. I do little things like make copies, fax stuff, put info into the computer, and file. I also sit on the internet and play games all day, but theres only so many games i can play until i get totally bored.
I have the weekends off which is great. My friend Megan has a beach house in Sea Isle City, NJ so i'll be going down there some weekends :) I'm actually at home now because I took off today. Ehh.. two weeks in a row of working is tough, so i needed a break!

I'm really excited for the end of July to come because my boyfriend and I a few of his friends are going to the Outer Banks in North Carolina for a week...I can't wait!!

Well, I'm going to go lay around and watch some tv on my day off! Talk to you all sooon :)

It's finally nice out! I actually got a little sunburn on Sunday playing outside...every year there is something called Oozeball. It's where people get on a team and play volleyball in a huge mudpit near Albright Woods apartments. It's so much fun!! My team did not do that well this year, considering we lost our first game. It was still fun though! Last year my team made it to the semi-finals.
I'm sad the school year is almost over, but i'm so glad to have a break from all the school work! I have one project left to do by Thursday, then I have finals next week on Wednesday, two on Thursday, and one on Friday. I'm not very worried about each of them because luckily none of them are cummulative, which cuts my study time down! Then next Sunday is commencement for seniors. I hope it's not hot that day! My boyfriend, Greg, is graduating so i'll be there :) When my brother graduated from Albright in 2003, my mom and dad made my brothers and I go and it was probably the hottest day everr! Hope that doesn't happen again.
Well, I'm going to go becuase I have pickup soon. Hope everyone enjoys this beautiful weather :)

Okay so it's been a while since i've blogged, but i've been pretty busy with the semster winding down. Ohh and I love how all my professors give tests, papers, and projects all due like the same week. It's pretty stressful at times, but i've learned to manage my time a lot better than last year and definatley than in high school.
Well in case you all were wondering, Florida was sooo nice!! But before I talk about my actual trip, let me just tell you that I missed my flight the day I was supposed to leave :( We flew out of the Philadelphia airport and it was so0o croweded! So many people missed their flights, it was terrible. So we ended up leaving Monday morning. I was really mad, but atleast I knew I was going somewhere with nice weather for Spring Break! It was soo beautiful there! I got to lay on the beach and by the pool while getting some sunn everydayy :) It was so relaxing and it really was a break from everything. I hope to go next year too!
Oh and on April 19, next thursday, New Found Glory is coming! It's going to be so much fun!! Hopefully the weather will be nice, but it will probably snow or something seeing how the weather is now a days..boooo!
Well, I'm going to take a nap now. My basketball team is participating in Relay for Life today and tonight, and my roomate Annie and I signed up to walk at 10pm and 1am. Sooo I need to get some sleep before staying up all night! I'll talk to you all soon...

I just wanted to blog real quick before I rush off to my last class before spring break. I just got finished packing all of my stuff...I'm theee worst packer! My mom told me I better not bring a lot of stuff home. Well, I have two big bags and two smaller ones..oops!
I'm so excited for spring break this year because I won't be just relaxing at my house, I will be relaxing on the beautiful beach of West Palm Beach, Florida! My aunt and uncle live there and my mom and dad surprised me by booking my boyfriend and me flights! We're leaving Sunday morning at 7:30 am, which means we'll probably have to get to the airport by like 5..eww, but soo worth it! Hopefully this "winter storm" doesn't ruin my plans!! Well, I have to go to class as I daydream about laying on the beach :) Talk to you all soon!

So just to let you all know, my basketball team lost to Moravian College last Wednesday in the semi-finals of playoffs. We lost by about seven. It was a great game, but we came up short. But...we just found out Monday afternoon that we got a bid to play in the ECAC's, which is another tournament like the NCAA's. We get another chance to keep our season going and hopefully win it all! We have a home game tonight at seven o'clock against Neumann College. Anyone that wants to listen to the game live can on Albright's website on the top of the athletics page. Yaay it finally snowed like a decent amount! It started snowing Tuesday night and did not stop all Wednesdayy. Yesterday was Valentine's Day as we all know..but it was also a snoww day! No class...no test..just laying around all day :) Although the roads were reeeally bad, my boyfriend and I ventured out to go to dinner...it was Valentine's Day after all!
I love the snow, but the sad part was that I wasn't allowed to go sledding or have snow ball fights...but for a very awesome reason. My basketball team is in second place in our conference and are going to playoffs! I'm so excited and so ready to win!! We have our last regular season game on Saturday against Juniata College...then Wednesday is the first round of playoffs...It's so exciting :)

The second semester started yesterday. I'm not too excited to be starting up classes already, but hey what can ya do. My schedule is pretty nice considering my earliest class any day of the week is at 11. I get to some what sleep in and it's great! I did really well last semster, I made dean's list actually! I hope to keep doing well this second semester. I'm taking four classes and three of them do not seem soo bad, but i've heard really bad things about my fourth class. I'm really nervous about it! Hopefully I can survive with a decent grade....besides the actual school part...
My basketball team is doing awesome! We are in second place in the conference with a 5 and 1 record and 12 and 5 overall. We have 8 more regular season games, then playoffs start :) We had a great season last year but we're doing even better this season! We have a big home game tomorrow against Susquehanna University. They're the only team we haven't played in our conference yet this season so it will be exciting! Well.. I have to go do some reading, even though it's only the second day of classes...Talk to you soon :)

So Christmas was two days ago...and i'm sad its over already! It came so fast this year it kind of didn't even feel like Christmas time, but I got a lot of nice stuff from santa :) Even before I came home from school on Wednesday my whole team got a present. We played at Ursinus College and we won at the buzzer!! It was so awesome!
It's really nice to be home with my family for a while and not have to worry about school work! I have to be back on Saturday for practice which will be nice to see all of my teamates, but i'm going to miss being able to see my family everyday. I'm also taking an interim course which won't be fun at all, but I have to take one in order to graduate on time since I added communications to my degree.
Well, I'm going to go help my mom get ready for her dinner party with my future in laws. My older brother is getting married in March! Talk you all soon!! Oh and have a happpy new year!! :)

So my basketball team is off to a great start! We are 4-1, and we really should be 5-0. We had two games this past week. We won both games by about 30 points. We also have a huge conference game this Saturday against Messiah, who are a really good team, but very beatable. I'm really excited how our season is going so far! Besides basketball, I'm doing really well in all my classes. Next week is the last week of classes before finals, thankfully. I'm glad to be able to take a break from school work for a while after finals. I have decided to take an interim class during our winter break. I'm not too excited about that, but if I want to graduate on time senior year, I need to to classes during interim...boooo! Alrite well, I'm going to go watch some tv before practice... So I'm really excited that basketball season is just about to actually start as we have our tip-off tournament at Kean College this weekend! We had a scrimmage against Rosemont College two Saturdays ago and another scrimmage this past Saturday against Muhlenburg. We won both of them and our team looked pretty good too! I'm excited to finally be playing against other teams rather than practicing non-stop. Our team is really good this year and we're expecting great things! I'll keep everyone posted about our games and how the season is going.
I'm also so excited that Thanksgiving is in a couple weeks! I looove eating and I loove being home with my family and friends :) Just talking about Thanksgiving makes me reeeally hungry so I'm going to go find something to eat...talk to you all soon!

So homecoming was last weekend..it was fun to see the seniors that graduated last year and everyone supporting our football team! This past week I had two tests, one was a midterm...you know what that means...the semester is half way finished!! I mean don't get me wrong I love school, but not the actual school.homework.papers.study.testing part!
Last Sunday was our first official basketball practice for this season..I'm so excited for the season! Now that basketball has started I have practice everyday which makes it a little tougher to get all my schoolwork done and have all the time to study, but I know it can be done...I'll definately keep you all posted about our season...and you can look at Albright's website under athletics to see how we did as well! So it's back to school work :( We had our fall break Monday and Tuesday. It was really nice to be home to see my family and some of my friends. It was also really nice to be home on my mommy's birthday and I got to see my youngest brother, Chris play in his football game. Although I love being here at school, I also looove laying around not worrying about doing anything!! Well...our first day of actual basketball practice is Sunday!! It's pretty exciting :) I have to go study for my history test then off to pickup....Talk to you all later!!

So I was thinking to myself... what should I write about this entry... Maybe talk about my classes or basketball or everyday stuff, but no not today. This is going to sound weird or gross or whatever but i'm going to tell you all anyway.. ok so I don't know who all knows or have encountered these bugs called "stink bugs". If you have you can imagine how gross this story will be, and if you haven't well, they are these little black bugs that are like flat on the top and just show up in the blink of an eye. I'm guessing they live here in Reading because i've never seen them anywhere else...THEY"RE GROSS! ok sooo..I'm haning out at my boyfriend's apartment and as I'm watching tv, I see something in the corner of my eye....
