Still having a great time.....
Heyy everyone...
It's been a little over a week since my last blog entry. I've been having the best time here! Last Saturday our football team had an amazing win against King's College. I went to the game of course, but I had to work at the concession stand for the first half of the game with my girls on the basketball team...I looove them! So anyway....the weekend was really fun, especially since the football team pulled out a huge win! My older brother, Dave, and one of my younger brothers, Nick came up last weekend.........
I was so excited to see them. I took Nick out on Saturday night. He knew a few guys on the football team, so it was really fun. Having my brothers visit was really comforting. I miss my parents and my younger brother Chris too! After a fun weekend, it was time to study for my first Phsycology test. My roomate, Annie and I went to the library Sunday night to attempt to study. We have such a fun time together that we hardly got any studying done! We'll see how I do...I get my test back on Friday. Hopefully i did alright! It's been kind of hard to keep up with studying and doing homework for classes...I have so much time now that I'm in college, it's hard not to procrastinate! Basketball is going really well...were almost finished our first month of preseason. We begin practice in October, and 'm really excited for the season to start! well, i'm going to take a nap....then it's time for dinner...which by the way is always pretty good! I'll talk to you guys soon!!

My first three weeks at Albright
Hey everyone....
My name is Charlotte Ciccone. I go to Albright College and I'm a freshman. College is already so much fun even though it's only been a few weeks. The first week was kind of tough not being able to see my mom and dad everyday and having my brothers making fun of me, but everyone here helped me adjust quickly. As soon as I arrived at Albright, everyone was so nice and even carried all of my things for my dorm room up my three flights of stairs. It was great! The first four days we had orientation. The "POP" leaders, which were the peppy students that organized orientation were really nice and tried to keep everyone occupied. The only bad thing about orientaion was that we didn't really have anytime to ourselves, but I guess they figured we have four years for that.
After orientation was over, it was time to actually be on our own and experience what college is like. P.S.. before I forget to mention this...The cafeteria food is suprisingly very good! My mom isn't the best cook so i guess the food tastes that much better to me! Anyways..That following monday it was our first day of classes. I recieved my schedule and off to classes I went. I realized that my Mondays and Wednesdays were going to be really tough considering i had four classes, but I'm a hard worker so i know i'll be just fine. My classes this semester are Spanish, Freshman Forum, English, Psychology, and Economics.
I'm going to be playing basketball here at ALbright too. I'm so excited for the season to start. We began lifting and playing pick up games by the end of the first week of school. I highly recommend playing a sport here at Albright. I'm already having so much fun with my new teamates and friends on the team. Playing a sport takes up a good amount of time, but it's really worth it! I'll keep you guys posted through out the season on how my team and I are doing.
Well, I have to go get my wash...yea this is the first time in my life I have to do my own wash. It's kind of upsetting... but heyy what can you do!

p.s... I'll be getting a digital camera for my brithday, which is on October 5th if anyone is interested in sending me presents.. juust kidding.. so i'll be able to post some fun pictures! Talk to you soon!
