More Financial Aid info.
More recommendations:
- Every student should file a FAFSA even if they think they may not qualify for Federal Aid. It never hurts and is necessary to be considered for some forms of institutional aid
- In order to electronically sign the FAFSA, PIN numbers are necessary for one parent as well as the student. Apply for a PIN at www.pin.ed.gov
- Be aware of financial aid deadlines at all schools that you apply to. Schools may have their own application deadlines.
- DO NOT PAY ANYONE TO FILE A FAFSA FORM OR TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING AID!!!!!!!!! The first F in FAFSA stands for FREE!!!!!!!!!!
