Thank you for visiting the Accelerated Degree Program Site at Albright College.

Since 1856, Albright College has been connecting people and ideas in Pennsylvania. We are very proud of this tradition, and prouder still that our Accelerated Degree Programs have been the choice of more than 500 adult students in the Blue Bell, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Pottstown, Reading and Lehigh Valley communities.

For seven years, Albright College has been bringing innovative degree programs to Eastern and Central Pennsylvania. As always, our mission is to provide a strong liberal arts education by:

• Encouraging a lifetime of academic, professional, and personal growth
• Being on the forefront of adult education, regionally and nationally
• Delivering a traditional education in non-traditional ways

Our Accelerated Degree Programs are dedicated to giving adult students a breadth of educational experiences and mastery of skills critical in today’s world. Through your unique educational experience at Albright, you will become a life-long learner. An Albright education is a true partnership, and we are dedicated to fostering the mutual support and respect of students, faculty, and staff.

We have two undergraduate accelerated degree programs. First, the Accelerated Degree START Program (DSP) for students who need to complete the General Studies portion of their degree, and second, the Accelerated Degree Completion Program (DCP) for students looking to complete the final two years of their bachelor’s degree.

Students who have graduated from our Accelerated Degree Programs tell us time and again that they would gladly recommend Albright to a friend or colleague. Not only because their degree helped them advance their careers, but because our faculty and staff were friendly and accessible, making it easier to fit their education into their busy lives.

Also, many find that their fellow students become like a family to them, relationships that are maintained long after the program is completed.

We offer a variety of programs that help our students achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals. We like to say, “We've Thought of Everything” for the adult student, such as web-enhanced courses and full access to all Albright facilities. As you learn the details of our programs, you will see that we continually strive to make them most suited for working adults who want all the benefits of a quality liberal arts education.
