INDIVIDUAL TUTOR REQUEST FORM

****Please note that this form must be completed fully.  Providing academic support to all of our students in a timely fashion is a high priority for the ALC.  If you do not receive an e-mail from our Tutor Coordinator within 72 business hours, contact the ALC Director to make sure we actually did receive your request. 

****You are welcome to request tutors in more than one class.  If you do wish to request more than one tutor, please submit this form for each individual class.  In other words, if you want to be tutored in Math and Spanish, you’ll need to complete this form twice.

***Please know that information about your participation in the Peer Tutoring Program may be shared with your professors upon request,  unless you otherwise indicate to Erin Evans (via email) that you do not want this information shared with your professor.  Albright faculty highly encourage participation in our tutoring program and appreciate knowing when students use our tutoring service to enhance their classroom learning and performance.
