Purpose: To develop policy recommendations and promote and facilitate the professional development of the faculty in the areas of teaching, scholarship, sabbatical leaves and professional practice; develop and sustain a quality professional work environment for the faculty of Albright College; and establish and maintain basic standards of professional excellence among the faculty in consultation and cooperation with the FEC and the CAO or his/her designate.
