Talent Grants

Talent grants range from $2000 to $6000 ($500 to $1500 per year) and are renewable yearly as along as all expectations are met.

Talent grants require an audition.

Audition dates for students who will be freshmen at Albright in the fall of 2002 are by appointment only. Appointments are being scheduled on these dates:

February 2, 2002
February 9, 2002
February 16, 2002
February 23, 2002

Requirements for the talent grant audition are:

  1. Major and minor scales and chromatic, or 13 basic rudiments, for instrumentalists
  2. Two prepared works of contrasting styles
  3. Pitch and rhythmic sight-reading

Talent grant audition appointments may be made by calling the Center For the Arts at 610-921-7872 at least one week prior to the audition date.
