There are three different applications available through the Study Abroad Office. These include the Preliminary Questionnaire, the Off-Campus Study Application, and the Return Questionnaire. You may print these from the website and fill them out, or they are also available in our office. If you fill one out from the download site, please either print it out and turn it into our office, or send it via e-mail as an attachment to studyabroad@alb.edu.

Preliminary Questionnaire:This questionnaire is designed to help you determine the program and the off-campus experience that will meet your academic and personal needs. This questionnaire serves as a guide for the Student Advisor when assisting you in your search. (PDF, 700k)
Off-Campus Study Application:This is Albright College's official Study Abroad application. It serves as a record and reference for our office as to where you will be studying and it contains all of the appropriate information that will provide you with transferring course credit, financial aid, and it is a source for your abroad housing information. You must complete this application as well the application for your particular program of interest off-campus. (PDF, 88k)
Return Questionnaire: This questionnaire is distributed to all students after their off-campus experience and it serves as a reference for other students during their searching process. We keep this application on file with its respective country/program, and it can be viewed by other students whom want to know first-hand what your experience was like. (PDF 724k)
