Jeremiah H. Mohn

Jeremiah H. Mohn, a hat manufacturer in Reading, was one of the first trustees of Albright College in Myerstown. Mohn purchased the building that became the girl's dormitory at the Myerstown campus and it was named in his honor. In 1971, the present Mohn Hall on Albright's Reading campus was constructed and named North Hall as it was the northern most point of campus at the time. When the present North Hall was constructed in 1981, the original North Hall was renamed Mohn Hall in honor of Mohn and his many contributions to the College.
